One person was killed with three others injured following a Ukrainian drone strike in southern Russia’s Voronezh region, regional governor Aleksandr Gusev said Sunday.
He noted that Voronezh suffered on Saturday one of the most intense drone attacks since the start of the conflict. Damage was caused to more than 10 apartment buildings, 10 private homes, a school and several administrative buildings.
The Russian Defense Ministry said Sunday that Russia’s air defense systems downed 33 drones overnight, 17 of which were in the Voronezh region. Enditem
