The 2025/2026 Ghana Premier League commenced in all league centers between Friday and Sunday, with six clubs, including Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Bibiani Gold Stars, recording victories against Berekum Chelsea and Bechem United, respectively.
Similarly, Kpando Hearts of Lions beat Dreams FC by 1-0, with Karela United also picking up all three points against Aduana Stars at home. Nations FC beat newly promoted side Swedru All Blacks by 2-1, with Young Apostles losing by 2-0 to Medeama SC.
