Five people were killed Tuesday after an all-terrain vehicle with nine passengers inside fell into a lake in Russia’s Zabaykalsky Krai, said regional authorities.
The vehicle, belonging to a local mining company, sank while crossing the lake in the Kalarsky District. All five victims were employees of the firm, Russian media reported, citing the regional department of the Russian Investigative Committee.
A criminal case has been initiated over the accident. Enditem
