About two thousand women are to benefit from skills and development training programmes, Chief Executive Officer of the BB Humanity Foundation, Mr. Bright Botwe confirmed to the media.
According to him, the women will be trained in various skills including soap making, key holders, wall clocks, phone cover designs, detergents making among others.
The BB Humanity Foundation which recently trained and certified over five hundred women in various skills in the Gomoa East Constituency of the Central Region is poised to embark on diverse activities, programmes and developmental initiatives to support Ghanaians especially women.
Mr. Botwe has however given the green light for interactions and engagements to be made with individuals and women groups to get them prepared for subsequent rollout of skills training and development programmes.
The Member of Parliament for Gomoa East Constituency of the Central Region, Hon. Desmond De-Graft Paitoo assured the foundation of the government’s commitment and support to ensure that standard of living of women was elevated.
