Don’t bastardize Prophetic Ministry – Prophet admonishes Ghanaians

By Ghana Eye Report

The founder and leader of The Wonderful Jesus Miracle Chapel International and President of the Spiritual Awake Property Council International, Cardinal Dr. Prophet Elijah, has admonished Ghanaians and some men of God to desist from bastardizing the prophetic Ministry.

He made this known in reaction to recent statements by some men of Ghana that discredited prophets in Ghana and further describing them as quacks.

He condemned the alleged statement made by Pastor Mensah Otabil against Ghanaian prophet.

“The statement made by our colleague; Pastor was not in in good taste. It was inappropriate, offensive and lacking in proper etiquette. I didn’t expect such a statement to emerge from a man of God about the prophetic family” he said.

It will be recalled that the founder of International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) Pastor Mensah Otabil in a sermon indicated that “95 percent of people who call themselves pastors in Ghana are quacks.”

Prophet Elijah condemned his statement describing it as inappropriate and untruthful.

“We know that some Pastors are Freemasons and others are members of the black occult groups. Others practice witchcraft and thus have big churches and large congregations.

“Some of us know what some of them did to get to where they are now but we as prophets don’t criticize them so why are they attacking prophets.

Prophet Elijah urged that such utterances should not be allowed in the community of believers since that would deepen divisions in the body of Christ

He further addressed the issue of Freemasonry and other secret groups, emphasizing that affiliation with such organizations does not define true relationship with God.

He therefore urged the faithful in Christ to remain focused on their spiritual journeys and not be swayed by divisive comments. Enditem
