The Office of Special Prosecutor has arrested the acting Head of Legal at the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), Freeman Sarbah, according to a post on OSP’s official page on Monday.
According to the OSP, Sarbah was arrested in connection with the Strategic Mobilisation Ghana Limited (SML) contract.
“The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has arrested the acting Head of Legal at the Ghana Revenue Authority, Freeman Sarbah,” read the post.
It added, “Mr. Sarbah is under investigation for suspected corruption and corruption-related offences, as well as obstruction of justice, in respect of the GRA-Strategic Mobilisation Ghana Limited revenue assurance contract.” Enditem
