Ghana’s male senior football national team, the Black Stars, has been ranked 72nd to end the year 2025, according to the latest Coca-Cola FIFA men’s world ranking released on Monday.

With no points gained, Ghana is also ranked 14th on the African continent, with both standings remaining the same as in November.

Despite their inability to make any movement in the most recent update, the year-end position reflects a modest improvement over that of December 2024, when the Black Stars were ranked 77th in the world.

Ghana’s major assignment will be its participation in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where the West Africans will face Panama, England, and Croatia in the group stages. Enditem
