Kumasi Asante Kotoko thrashed Bechem FC 6-0 in matchday 16 of the Ghana Premier League (GPL) at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.
Three goals from each half of the game gave the Porcupines their biggest win of the season and saw them go to the top of the Premier League in the last home game of the year.
The round of matchday 16 games began on Friday with Hearts of Oak recording a slim winover FC Samartex at the University of Ghana Stadium at Legon, Accra.
Medeama FC also claimed a narrow win on the road against Heart of Lions at the Kpando Sports Stadium on Saturday.
Berekum Chelsea, Bibiani Gold Stars, and Basake Holy Stars all recorded wins against their opponents on Sunday.
