Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday outlined China’s principled position on the Ukraine crisis, saying that seeking solutions through dialogue and negotiation is key to the issue.
Xi made the remarks when meeting with visiting German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in Beijing.
