During her reign, Nana Konadu Yiadom III was widely respected for her wisdom, humility, and commitment to preserving Ashanti customs and traditions. She played a key role in advising the Asantehene, supporting women and children in Asanteman, and upholding the cultural heritage of the Ashanti Kingdom.

As Asantehemaa, she was the spiritual mother of the Ashanti nation and custodian of royal succession, with an influential role in the enstoolment of chiefs, including the Asantehene. Her reign strengthened unity within the Ashanti Kingdom and deepened respect for traditional leadership.
