About 300 drones headed toward the Moscow region over the past 24 hours, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on Sunday.
Most of these drones were intercepted by air defense systems at long range before reaching the area, the mayor said, adding that 45 drones were shot down as they approached Moscow.
According to a TASS tally based on data released by Sobyanin, this attempted enemy drone assault on Moscow over the past 24 hours was among the largest of its kind in recent years. Enditem
