Justin Kodua Frimpong has been re-elected as General Secretary of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He secured 4,486 votes at the party’s National Delegates Conference held at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi on Saturday, October 3, 2026.
Former Ngleshie Amanfro MP Sylvester Tetteh polled 1,340 votes, while Eugene Boakye Antwi obtained 162 votes and Dr Charles Dwamena polled 126.
Kodua, who first became NPP General Secretary in 2022, will now serve another term as the party reorganises its structures ahead of the 2028 general elections. Enditem
