From the World Cup stage to Moscow’s Red Square, Uganda’s Ghetto Kids brought their infectious dance moves to one of Russia’s most iconic landmarks, turning it into a dance floor.
Footage shows the young performers showing off their energetic choreography in the heart of the Russian capital.
The Kampala-based troupe travelled to Moscow for cultural events surrounding the third Russia-Africa Summit, held on October 28-29.
Founded to support children from Kampala’s disadvantaged communities, the Ghetto Kids shot to fame through viral dance videos before making their mark on international stages, including Britain’s Got Talent.
The group also featured in the official music video for Shakira and Burna Boy’s 2026 FIFA World Cup anthem ‘Dai Dai’, before joining the stars on stage for the World Cup Final Halftime Show in July.
